In order to court Princess Atsuko, you need to increase your Favor Level with her, and there are several ways to do this. you can do Obligation Missions which are directly related to princess Atsuko, give her Giftsor raise your Bond level with Positive Discussion. Once you get your Bond level up enough, the two of you can commit to a relationship by making a Veiled Promise.
Princess Atsuko Bond Missions in Rise of the Ronin
You can raise Princess Atsuko's Bond level by completing the main story missions and doing special Bond Missions just for her. There are two Mandatory Missions for Princess Atsuko, and you can unlock them after completing some main plot missions. After you finish Reinventing the shogunate main mission, you will unlock the Ideals and Reality Bond Mission with Atsuko. You will unlock too The Road to Resolution Bond Mission by finishing the Main Story mission called Patriots Reward.

Best Gifts for Princess Atsuko in Rise of the Ronin
The Katama princess is an avid fan of Edo Cosmetics and plants, so your choice of Gifts for her boils down to two items: Face Powder and a Paintbrush and Yew Koboku. The hard part is getting these items because they are hard to find. Some of them you can get by playing through the main missions, but you can also buy Face Powder and a Brush from a Merchant in Sakura Inn.
Positive Discussion for Princess Atsuko in Rise of the Ronin
After completing the first Bond Mission, Princess Atsuko will start the conversation by stating that you two have similar minds about wanting to talk to each other. The first Positive Discussion will raise your Favor level regardless of your responses. For her second question, Princess Atsuko will ask you if you are a cat or a dog. Again, each response will increase the bond between the two of you by the same amount.
For the second Positive Discussion with Atsuko, you must complete the Kaishi Katsu Bond Mission first. This time, you start the conversation, and Princess agrees, then goes on to talk about politics. However, she changes the subject and asks you if you like sweets. The best option is to say you love thembecause it will raise the Bond level the most.
