The Northern Expedition island in Fisch features not only new items for you to unlock, but also new locations for you to explore. One such is the final campsite on the Ice Grotto mountain, which has a secret fishing spot. Here’s how to get to Glacial Grotto and find the hidden fishing area.
Ice Grotto Location in Fisch (Northern Expedition)
Ice Grotto is located at the top of Northern Expedition Island (19987, 1042, 5743). You need to go to the Northern Expedition island and go through the green portal to get there.
- Once here, buy some oxygen tanks.
- Equip the Winter Cloak to ensure your character won’t freeze or run out of oxygen while climbing the mountain.
- You can warm yourself at a campfire if you can’t afford a coat.
- If you are low on oxygen, there is filling stations on the way where you can fill up your tank.
- Climb to the second base camp, Overgrowth Cavernsand go past the big tent on the right.
- Follow the path, and you’ll soon be at Cryogenic Channel. You may have to use your glider on some of the trails.
Keep climbing, and you’ll soon be at an Ice Grotto. Here, you can get the Sky Rod after completing a puzzle and paying C$1,750,000, the Advanced Oxygen Tank for C$25,000, and the Advanced Glider for C$2,500 from a hiker sitting near one of the tents.
You can too fish at Ice Grottobut you must go to the bottom of the cave. The cave entrance is at (20000, 1042, 5717). To find it, go down two ladders, and on your way to the third, you should see an opening next to a bush on the right. Go through the same and jump down to fish.
