In the Genshin Impact summer world called Simulanka, you will meet Panuelle, a toy character who misses his friend, Chauvigne, who is revealed to be a potted plant. Talking to Panuelle will trigger a Hidden Research Objective, which involves retrieving Chauvigne from a cave.
How to complete Panuelle’s Hidden Objective in Genshin Impact – get past the flower wind flow
Panuelle’s Hidden Research Objective will only unlock after completing the first three Summertide Scales and Tales quests:
After completing the prerequisites above, go to the islet west of the Broken Sea (circled above) and talk to Panuelle to trigger the Hidden Research Objective. Panuelle will ask you to find Chauvigne in the “cave under this island.”
After talking to Panuelle, go to the southern part of the islandwhere you will find a red slide leading to a ladder that will take you further down. Go down the stairs immediately spotted the entrance to the cave. Inside, you’ll find a flower blowing a current of wind, preventing you from entering.
There is no way to wind around the walls to enter the cave, as the wind current covers the entire entrance. To turn it off, simply stand next to the lamp at the entrance, where a dialogue interaction will appear. Choose “Panuelle Sent Us Here!” to cause the wind flow to stop, allowing you to enter the cave.
Once inside, talk to Chauvigne (the flower) to continue with the objective. then, take the flower using the special interactive key (T for PC). With the flower floating around you, go back up and put it on the table in front of Panuelle using the Normal Attack button. Doing so will trigger a dialogue with Panuelle, and you will be rewarded with a Precious Chest for your effort.
