To get the Ashenvale mountain, you need to reach a Friend status with your respective PVP faction in Ashenvale. You can raise your reputation by participating in the PVP event Battle for Ashenvale, during which you will have to clear the forest. The Ashenvale mount is special because it is the only mount you can use in Ashenvale during PvP.
How to unlock Ashenvale Mountain in WoW Season of Discovery
The first step to getting an Ashenvale mountain is to raise your reputation among your respective PVP faction in Ashenvale. If you play Horde, your Ashenvale PVP faction is War-song foreigners. The Alliance players must be friends Silverwing Sentinels.

The best way to raise your reputation among your Ashenvale faction is to participate in a PVP event called Battle for Ashenvale. This event is happening every two hours, and for 30 minutes, you must capture and defend towers and kill enemy units. Another way to increase your reputation is to perform daily quests for Ashenvale PvP vendors in your capital.
Where to buy Ashenvale Mount in WoW Season of Discovery
When you reach the Friendly level with your faction, you unlock the Ashenvale Mountain, and you can buy it from your Ashenvale PvP vendors for 10 Gold. The Horde players can buy the mount from Kelm Hargunth, at the Mor'shan Base Camp in the northern Barrens. Alliance players can buy the Ashenvale mountain from Illiyana Moonblazeand they can find her at Silverwing Grove in the southern part of Ashenvale.
