How to get Homeward Thundercloud in Palworld

If you are stuck far from a Fast Travel Point and want to get back to your base as soon as possible, then you need to learn how to get the Homeward Thundercloud in Palworld.

How to create the Homeward Thundercloud in Palworld

To create the Homeward Thundercloud in Palworld, you must first unlock it at level 30 of the Ancient Technology Tree for two Ancient Technology Points. It has no prerequisite, so you can get it as soon as you have enough points after fighting Alpha Bosses.

Once you have it unlocked, you can craft the item at the Premium Workbench. You will need:

  • Dazzi Cloud x1
  • Electric Organ x5
  • Parts of the ancient civilization x2

This is a consumable item, so it is for one time use. I suggest having at least one on you at all times in case you need to get out of a dangerous situation quickly. This is also very helpful when exploring locations that are far from Quick Points. Thus, you do not have to circle back and can transport directly to base.

Both Dazzi Cloud and Electric Organ are dropped by Dazzi, so I suggest they farm them for both of these materials. Ancient Civilization Parts are obtained by defeating Alpha Pals, so this could be difficult if you are not at a high enough level. Go with some easier Friends first, like Chillet, Gumoss and Sweepa.

Where to find Dazzi in Palworld

Dazzi can be found in the southern areas of the Dried Desert Island in Palworld. I found a few of them near the Duneshelter Fast point at 359, 347. You can fast travel there and then make your way further south to spot them.

  • Palworld map Duneshelter Quick spot

They are usually around levels 20-25 in this area, so it shouldn't be too hard to catch them. If you already have the ten Pal capture bonus, please release your highest leveled Buddies to kill them.

Dazzi is an Electric type, so you should bring your strongest Ground Buddies to farm Clouds as well as Electric Organs. Rushroar is very easy to get, but I prefer to bring Eikthyrdeer Terra or Surfent Terra into battle.
