How to find Skaidev and start the search
Skaidev is located in Alabasta. You can get there by passing the mountain over the big waterfall in front of the central hub of the game. After you pass there and get to the desert, continue directly until you meet Alabasta. Here, you will find the Skaidev and talking to him will start the search for the Mercenarios capacity.
How to find the spy boss
The first goal of the search is to defeat the spy boss, who is on the floating island. To get here, you need to go to the football field and then turn left to cross the waterfall (it’s the small waterfall to the right of the big). The mastery of vampirism has a drop possibility of 20% when you defeat the leader of God Brandy.
