If you reach the level cap, there is still a way to get permanent stat bonuses in Palworld. You can do this in two ways, either with Resources or with Elixirs. There are five Resources you can craft at the Medicine Bench.

Resources are great, but they only offer a slight boost. Elixirs, however, will give you a larger permanent stat boost. You can find them in Supply boxes during Meteor Events, put them at the Electric Medicine Workbench, or buy them with Dog Coins at the Medal Merchantlocated at the Marsh Ruins Island Church quick point (399, -276).
