The latest season of Call of Duty: Warzone brings many new changes such as shooting updates, map changes and brand new cosmetics. Thanks to the introduction of cross-progression this season, mobile players will be able to link their accounts with their console/PC Call of Duty: Warzone progress.
Here's how you can link your account to experience cross-progression.
How to enable cross-progression in your Warzone account
Head to the Activision login/signup page, and enter your username and password. Then, follow these steps:
- Once you have entered your details, select the Sign in option
- You will notice a bunch of platform icons below Select the ones you want to link.
- After you have logged in, follow the hamburger menu to your top left. Select this.
- You will notice your account and profile. Here, choose Linked Accounts.
- The site will verify your account via email.
- Once you have finished this, you can now connect your desired platform.
Complete this successfully, and all your Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile progress will be synced with your other chosen platform.
What to expect from cross-progression
Once players have linked their platforms, they can sync their Operators, Battle Pass XP, Weapons, across both platforms. Considering how millions of fans have enjoyed the game recently, it will certainly help to have a progression system in place.
You can be at home pouring those countless hours into advancing your Battle Pass, or just playing a game or two while commuting. Regardless of where you are, your progress is now always up to date, across different devices.
Please note that this does not mean you can interplay with players across other systems. Cross-play would be an ideal addition to the game, enriching the community in several ways. Unfortunately, this is simply not an option at this time. This may be added to the game in the future, but at the time of writing, Call of Duty: Warzone only has cross-progression with the mobile version of the game.
