5 things to do to prepare for Anime Vanguards Update 1
The Anime Vanguards Update 1 is expected to be released on September 21 or 22, according to the leaks. If the timeline turns out to be accurate, you have a few hours left to grind in advance for the upcoming content.
Save Gems
First, new standard units are always a big deal in updates. You want to collect gems because without them, you can’t summon the new characters. I would say aim around 20K to 30K gems. With 20K, you’re guaranteed at least one draw of pity, and with more gems, you could grab two of the new mythics—assuming you don’t get unlucky and pull a banner.
Farm Essence
You’ll want to farm a lot of essence before Update 1 arrives. Fortunately, some challenges can give you a free roll plus two essences in just 5-6 minutes, which is pretty cool. I recommend doing these challenges, especially since they also give you greens, which are very important for EVOs. Some challenges even offer 40% chance for legendary drops.
Raise the battle pass
Do you have the combat clearance? You should definitely grind some infinities to level it up quickly. Soloing these also gives you a lot of battle pass XP. Maxing it out is totally worth it because you will get 15 trait rolls if you have the award you can eventually use to modify features in the next update.
Evolve your strongest units
I highly recommend evolving your strongest units before the update drops. You don’t want to be stuck with sub-level units during the new content. This is also important because we don’t know if this update will make the game harder, so it’s always good to be prepared.
Redeem all codes
Finally, you should not miss the current active codes of Anime Vanguard because they may become invalid after the arrival of the Update 1. You will be surprised to know that all the current active codes can reward you with huge 11,550 Gems, 17x Trait Rerolls, 14x Super Stat Chips and 4,000 Gold.
