How to return the flying bird ghosts to their rightful places in Genshin Impact – Golden Aqueduct Reconstruction
In the Genshin Impact World Quest called Pharsalia's Rhapsody – Gradus ad Capitolium, you must help Scylla repair Golden Aqueducts that were destroyed in the Sea of Bygone Ages. The quest will be split into two Golden Aqueduct sub-quests, which can be done in any order. Your goal is to return the flying bird phantasms to their rightful places.

Golden Aqueduct Reconstruction: Part I
The first puzzle is located northwest of the Sea of Bygone Ages. Once you're in the place Scylla points you to, interact with the mechanism in front of the mural to trigger a small puzzle. You need to line up the horn with the image of the horn in the mural, so move it slightly to the left and down until they are completely aligned. Once done, the birds will start flying around the map.
Your goal is to guide the stray birds to their designated positions in the mural, just like Seelies. There is one bird to the left of the mural, one in front of the horn, and one above a pink sea plant. Approach them to make them fly, and keep guiding them to their positions until they stop moving. Once done, claim your Delicate Chest reward and follow the birds out of the cave to trigger an Aqueduct repair scene.

Golden Aqueduct Reconstruction: Part II
As before, start interacting with the mechanism in front of the mural to activate it. You have to line up the horn on the mechanism with the horn in the painting by moving the camera angle. Move it a few clicks to the right and a few clicks up until they are completely aligned. After that, the birds will start moving.
You have to send three flying bird ghosts to their right positions. Switch to a bow user and shoot at the floating Anemo Slimes blocking the path of the bird on the right. The bird will fly a bit, but the Slimes will reappear to block its path. You need shoot them a second time so the bird can finally stay in place.

The two remaining birds are located in hard-to-reach places: one directly in front of the mechanism and one on top of the horn. While you can cheese the puzzle by using Wanderer to fly or Geo Constructs to level up your character, it's much easier to use the environment to solve it.
To the left of the mechanism, you'll find a pink floating jellyfish that works similarly to Sumeru's Bouncy Mushrooms. Jump on the jellyfish to move your character up, allowing you to touch one of the birds and make it move like a Seelie.
Two more jellyfish will appear. Carefully slide onto them and use them to propel yourself up, allowing you to reach the bird on top of the horn and guide it to its correct position in the mural.
Once done, a small cutscene of the flying birds will play. Don't forget to claim your Delicate Chest reward before following the birds out of the cave to watch them repair the Golden Aqueduct. Another cutscene will play to signify its completion.
