The loadout meta continues to change with the arrival of Modern Warfare 3 Season 4 as a host of weapons and attachments have been nerfed and buffed. That’s why I’m going to provide you with a list of the five best meta loadouts that you can use in the final season to outshine your opponents.
WSP-9 SMG Load
Even though the WSP-9 got a big nerf this season, I still find it to be one of the best SMGs for mid to close range. The weapon’s high rate of fire makes it stand out, providing one of the fastest TTKs in the game.
Below, you can find the meta loadout for the WSP-9 SMG after taking into account the latest balance changes:
- Muzzle: ZEHMN35 Compensated Flash Concealer
- Stabilizes the gun with minimal attachments required
- barrel: Hiss Short Light
- Increases ADS speed, speed to fire and general speed
- No significant drawbacks for damage range
- Underbarrel: XRK Edge BW-4 Hand Stop
- Improves ADS movement speed by 12%
- Crucial for strafing and rotational aim support
- Magazine: 40 Round Mag
- Balances capacity and mobility
- Consider a 50 round mag for more capacity, but it will slow you down
- Stock: WSP Factory Stock
- Increases ADS speed, movement speed and sprint speed
- Option for No Stock attachment for more mobility but higher recoil
DG-58 LSW
DG-58 LSW is among the most powerful Light Machine Guns in Modern Warfare 3 that I would highly recommend using in Ground War or even 6v6 game modes in Multiplayer.
Here is the list of best attachments for this weapon in Season 4:
- Muzzle: VT-7 Spiritfire Suppressor
- Keeps you off the radar
- Helps with recoil control, bullet speed and range
- Nerfed bullet speed up to 780 m/s, but with this suppressor, it goes up to 838 m/s.

- Improves aiming idle sway, bullet speed, range, recoil control and gun kick control
- Perfect for long distance engagements
- Underbarrel: Bruen Heavy Support Grip
- Best for controlling recoil
- Minimal effect on vertical recoil

- Increases projectile speed and effective damage by 15%
- Brings projectile speed up to 1137 m/s
- Optical: Jak Glassless Optics
- Best accuracy sight for this gun
- Consider the Coro Eagle Eye 2.5x for a different experience
Striker 9 Charge
The Striker 9 remains an incredible choice as its maximum damage range and near-mid damage range have been increased by 9% and 6%, respectively, following the latest weapon balance changes. However, the significant recoil of this weapon remains a major drawback, which I tried to mitigate by using the following add-ons in the game.
- Muzzle: ZEHMN35 Compensated Flash Concealer
- Stabilizes the gun effectively
- barrel: Striker Recon Long Barrel
- Best balance of bullet speed and range without significant speed penalties
- Underbarrel: XRK Edge BW-4 Hand Stop
- Crucial for ADS firing speed, making your shots feel more controlled
- Magazine: 50 Round Drum
- Necessary for the high rate of fire of the Striker 9
- Stock: Striker Factory Stock
- Improves ADS speed, movement speed and sprint speed
- Minimal effect on regression control
Bal-27 Loadout
A few weeks after its release, Bal-27 finally got its first major sand in Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone. The weapon’s Near-Mid Damage Range has been increased to 49.53 meters, up from 39.37. At the same time, Lower Arm and Hand Modifiers have been raised to 1.1x.
To get the most out of the Bal-27, I suggest using the following class configuration:
- Muzzle: Casus Brake
- Helps with horizontal regression
- barrel: Noctkill Long Barrel
- Improves recoil control and gun kick control
- Balances effective damage range
- Underbarrel: Bruen Heavy Support Grip
- Stabilizes the gun with minor effect on vertical recoil
- Magazine: 60 Round Mag
- Maximizes your ammo capacity
- Stock: Ardent Tac Stock
- Substantially improves recoil control
- Essential for maintaining accuracy in longer engagements
Holger 556 Loadout
The Holger 556 received a slight improvement last season, as its Cappado Modifier was increased to 1.3x, up from 1.2x. As a result, you could deal more damage with this assault rifle when you land a headshot.

- Avoids over-zooming, which can be less effective
- Stock: RB Addle Assault Stock
- Significantly improves regression control
- Better than underbarrel attachments for this purpose
