Where to go after defeating Divine Beast Dancing Lion in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree
The first boss you’re likely to encounter in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree is the Divine Beast Dancing Lion. If you managed to beat it and are confused about where to go next, we will help you in this guide.
Where to go after Divine Beast Dancing Lion in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree DLC
After defeating the Divine Beast Dancing Lion boss in Shadow of the Erdtree, your next stop should be Ensis Castle. It is east of the Belurat Tower, Settlement where you face the Divine Beast Dancing Lion. At the beginning after defeating the Dancing Lion, you will find an elevator that takes you to the Tower of Shadow. But, you find that it is blocked by black thorns.
The Tower of Shadow is essential to progress through Shadow of the Erdtree’s story, so it’s quite confusing as to why it’s locked and there’s no information on how to open it. But, luckily, you’ll find a clue nearby. You’ll also find a letter from Needle Knight Leda near the stuck thorns that says the Gate of Divinity lies in the tower and that’s where Miquella is headed. To get there, they will follow the crosses to the east.
Although it is not clear what they meant by this, it happens to be Castle Ensis. At the Three Way Crossing Place of Grace, you will be able to see Ensis Castle in the distance, so you won’t have to drive very far. It is directly east of Belurat; it is very easy to get there through the Ellac Great Bridge.
You’ll encounter some really powerful enemies going into that area including a Furnace Golem, so be prepared. Once you’ve reached Ensis Castle, you’ll need to defeat the next major story boss Relana, Twin Moon Knight. Then, you will have access to the Scadu Altuswhich is essential to progress through the story of the DLC.
