Get ready to play HoYoverse’s newest gacha game: Zenless Zone Zero! Available to preload starting July 2, 2024, Zenless Zone Zero is a new action RPG/gacha game where players play a protagonist known as Wise or Belle (depending on their character selection at the beginning of the game).

Zenless Zone Zero drops on July 4th at 10am UTC+8 (Beijing, China). This equates to the following times for players around the world:
- Wednesday July 3rd at 7pm PDT for the west coast of North America
- Wednesday, July 3rd at 10pm EDT for the eastern coast of North America
- Thursday 4th July at 3am BST for Great Britain
- Thursday, July 4 at 4 a.m. CEST for western Europe
- Thursday, July 4 at 11am JST for Japan
- Thursday, July 4 at 12pm AET for Australia
Install sizes for Zenless Zone Zero
Zenless Zone Zero is going to be a GREAT game! It is recommended that you have at least an extra 10GB of storage available, apart from the 8GB to 9GB of RAM that the game requires. This is the absolute minimum save requirement for the game, and probably won’t last long after the first update or two.
HoYo recommended that all PC users install the game on an SSD for the best experience – that’s a “solid state drive” which is usually the storage device used in your computer. They run faster than the old Hard Disk Drives (HDD), so chances are you already have this setup.
A news de HoYo also recommends that you have the following storage space available for the game:
- a computer: 57GB of storage
- iOS: 26 GB of storage
- Android: 20BG of storage
- PlayStation 5: 55GB of storage
Why wasn’t Zenless Zone Zero pre-downloaded?
If you pre-registered for Zenless Zone Zero and the game didn’t pre-load for you in the early hours of July 2, 2024, chances are you don’t have HoYoPlay installed on your PC.
HoYoPlay is a game launcher for your HoYoverse PC games, and has the ability to pre-download any HoYo games you pre-register for. Without the launcher, you’ll have to manually start the download from the Zenless Zone Zero website.
You should still get your pre-registration bonuses, but that’s not up to me. If you have any problems, I recommend that you email the official Zenless Zone Zero email address at (email protected)
