Best builds for the Lich in DBD
The Basic Construction

A build for those who don’t have all the DBD DLCs already collected but got Vecna. This is a combination of two Vecna advantages along with two non-teachable advantages.
A Langour Touch causes the exhausted Status Effect on a player who scares a crow. This advantage will work in combination with Spies from the Shadows. You will get notified ever Survivor scares a crow (with a cooldown of five seconds). The crows will really become great tools for you with these two advantages.
Survivors will almost always bring an item or get loot from chests, which does Fabric of Setting big Aura reading good deed In addition to revealing the Auras, anyone who takes a Survival Item will suffer from the Uncomprehending Status Effect.
Finishing strong is No. As a mostly Survivor main, I hate this perk because of how useful it is. It will guarantee you some free hooks at least, and even deaths, as long as the totem is not cleansed.

Corrupt Intervention works at the start of the match, blocking three generators farthest from you This immediately slows the game down as the Survivors run around trying to find the kind they can fix.
Iron Maiden works great with Vecna’s Powers, specifically the limited Magic Items that are only available to Survivors when playing against a Lich. Eye of Vecna and Hand of Vecna both use closets as the mechanic to give the Survivors special abilities for a limited time (invisibility or teleportation, depending on which item you have; if you have both, even better).
When coming out of lockerIron Maiden will do the Survivors to shout and reveal their place to you. They will also be affected by the Exposed Status Effect over a period of time. It’s a fun mind game for you, making the Survivors choose to use a great Item and then reveal themselves.
The last two advantages work for the end game. As I mentioned above, I’m not a fan Nobut I can’t deny its usefulness in making sure you get it all the killings once five nations break out. No Exit works to give you even more time at the end to finish your business. This advantage will give you notification when a Survivor interacts with an Exit Gate. The entity will too block both switches for a short time so that the Survivors cannot open any of the gates.

When I use this construct, I imagine myself slapping an object out of the Survivor’s hands. It’s pretty hilarious but also extremely useful. Franklin’s is the OG of: ‘Drop that object or so help me!’ When hit by a basic attackthis advantage will make the Survivors drop their items, who will slowly lose their charges. Everyone Auras of dropped items are revealed to you when you are in range.
Weave Setting will make the Survivors drop all items who were exhausted for the first time You will see the Auras of dropped items along with everyone Survivors Auras which are nearby. In addition to that, a Survivor who takes an Item will suffer from the Uncomprehending Status Effect. This benefit works in great synergy with Overwhelming Presencewhich increases the Item clearance rate when the Survivors are in your terror radius.
Hoarder is the cherry on top, causing a notification whenever a Survivor unlocks a chest or picks up an item in your range.
