Sigewinne is a special little Melusine who serves as the Head Nurse of the Fortress of Meropide. She is rumored to be a five-star Hydro bow user and is expected to be released in Genshin Impact's Version 4.7 update alongside Clorinde and Sethos.

You need to prepare the following resources to level Sigewinne up to 80 or 90. Considering her kit (which does not depend on Elemental Master), you do not need to max her level, but make her to level 80 for maximum Ascension. will make her stronger.

You have to prepare 420,000 Mora and the following materials to fully Ascend Sigewinne to Ascension level six.

Sigewinne's local specialty is leaked to be the Romaritime Flower, which can be farmed both above water and underwater in Fontaine's Court, Beryl Region, and Romaritime Harbor. Her boss material is rumored to be the Water That Failed To Transcend, dropped by the Hydro-Tulpa in the Chemin de L'Espoir.

As a Hydro character, Sigewinne uses the Varunada Lazurite materials dropped by all Hydro Normal and World Bosses, including the Hydro Hypothesis, Oceanid, and the Unrighteous Baptist. Additionally, you can convert materials using the Crafting Table to turn any of your existing Gems into Hydro stones.

Sigewinne's common Ascension materials are leaked to be the Transoceanic Pearl, Transoceanic Chunk, and Xenochromatic Crystal, which are dropped by all underwater enemies in Fontaine. You can also buy limited quantities of the two inferior materials from Paimon's Bargains.
If you are pre-farming for both Sigewinne and Clorinde before their release, I suggest focusing your farming efforts underwater, as they share the same Ascension and Talent materials in common.

You have to prepare 1,652,500 Mora and the following materials to level all three of Sigewinne's Talents to level 10. It will cost less if you don't plan to triple crown her.

Crowns of Insight are limited rewards that can be obtained from large events and are usually limited to one per upgrade, so play often so you don't miss them. Meanwhile, Sigewinne's Weekly Boss material is leaked to be the Lightless Eye of the Maelstrom, which can be farmed from the All-Eating Narwhal in Salacia Plain.
