Near the end of the first half of lost tapes: Bloom and Rage, in tape 1, Swann and her friends are preparing their debut concert in the Blue Spruce parking lot. Faithful to their rebellious nature, Bloom and Rage present this show completely illegally, which means you will need to improvise – including stealing electricity for the instruments and vocal system of the bar’s warehouse. But there is one obstacle in your way: a metal fence with a lock. This is one of the few puzzle challenges in this narrative adventure, so let’s find out how to solve it and continue with the story.
Blue Spruce Puzzle Solution – Lost Records Bloom & Rage
To unlock the gate of the iron slot near the Blue spruce Bar in Lost Records: Bloom & Rage (Tape 1, scene 24 – “Riot Girrrls”), follow these steps:
- Find the bike – Look for a bike parked to the right of the locked gate, in front of the bar. This is the only bike you can interact with.
- Examine Corey’s bag – You will see Corey’s bag at the back of the bike. Interact with it.
- Check the pager – inside the bag, focus on the pager (it’s 1995, after all!) And choose Examine.
- Flip the pager – Rotate the payment to see its back. There, you will find a small piece of cardboard with a phone number. Choose Examineso Flip.
- Find the key code – On the other hand, you will see Code formed by directional arrows. Here is the combination for the lock! Make sure to see the note in the right orientation – rotate it so that the word “JIC” is in the lower left corner.
- Unlock the gate – Go to the pad lock and enter the code: Up, right, left, up, down. The gate will unlock.
How to restore power (tape 1, scene 24 – “Riot Girrrls”)
Now that you have unlocked the road to the bar of the bar, go forward to the door leading to the warehouse – it is located at the corner of the building. Once inside, turn to the last room and try to patch the switch near the door. You will quickly notice that the power is out. To restore it, follow these steps:
- Check the exit – Right before you after entering the room, you will find an exit. Interact with it to see that you need an extension rope.
- Find the extension rope – Exit back to the yard and circle the corner near the boat on the trailer. You will find the extension rope within one of the boxes. Make sure the lantern of your camcorder is turned on – Swann won’t notice it in the dark otherwise.
- Enter the rope – Return to the storage closet, interact with the exit and select Plug cord.
- Check the fuze – After a brief interaction with KAT, Autmn will cry out that it doesn’t work yet. Now, inspect the break panel next to the exit. Open it and notice that two fuses are missing.
- Find the missing fuses – Use the lantern of your camcorder to locate them in the same room. One fuse is on the floor to the right – pick it up. The other is on the shelf to the right, next to a red gas canver – take that one too.
- Enter the mergers – Go back to the Breaker Panel and insert both mergers. You can’t make their positions mistake.
- Restore power – To turn on the power, insert the switches in this order:
- On top left
- On top right
- Right switch in the second row
- On the left left
- Left switch in the second row
- Right switch in the second row
Once the power is restored, you can continue with the story. You will get a set of floral and hit stickers to place in some random spots – and then the concert can begin, leading to the dramatic conclusion of tape 1.
